TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by the entity trading under the brand KompreFit ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
1. Website Use
By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Service. You may not use this site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
2. Orders & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are final. We are not VAT payers according to § 6 of the VAT Act. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All goods remain our property until paid for in full.
3. Shipping
Orders are shipped via contracted carriers within the Czech Republic. The usual delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on availability and destination.
4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
For hygienic reasons, massage and compression items cannot be returned if they have been unsealed or used.
The return procedure is outlined in our Return Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Warranty & Complaints
All products are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty. If a defect occurs, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law. Full details are available in our Complaint Policy.
6. Personal Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the use of your data for processing the order, communication, and possible marketing purposes.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of our products or for damage caused by third parties. Information on this website is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court based on the location of service provision or goods delivery.
