🚚 Shipping Terms

1. Delivery Methods

We ship orders using reliable carriers, depending on availability and delivery speed:

  • Česká pošta – Balík do ruky (parcel to hand)

  • Zásilkovna / Packeta – pick-up point or home delivery

  • PPL or DPD – based on current capacity

We always choose a trusted courier to ensure prompt delivery.

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

  • Delivery within the Czech Republic usually takes 1–3 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is always free.

  • There are no hidden fees – you only pay for the products.

4. Personal Pickup

  • Personal pickup is not available at this time.

5. Damaged Shipments

Please check the condition of the package upon delivery.

  • If the packaging is visibly damaged, refuse the shipment or ask the courier to record the damage.

  • Document any damage to the product and contact us immediately – we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within the Czech Republic.
