🛍️ Return Policy

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

✅ Conditions for Returning Goods:

  • The item must be completely unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • It must show no signs of wear or handling (e.g., torn packaging, removed tags)

  • For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or tested on the body cannot be returned

  • A proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, order confirmation) must be included

📦 How to Return an Item:

  2. After approval, we’ll provide instructions for return shipping

  3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

  4. Do not send returns via cash on delivery (COD) – such packages will not be accepted

  5. Items sent back without prior agreement will not be accepted
